Tim and Sandy Powell are the founders of MAP Ministries, Inc., which was established in April 2003.  Even prior to their marriage in 1977, they enjoyed being involved in a variety of ministries. God has used them in Christian camping, music ministry, as camp directors and they ministered in the inner-city of Chicago as Youth Pastor. All of these ministry experiences produced in them a deep burden to help people in need.

Tim’s real estate business provides many ministry opportunities as well as their source of income.

God has blessed them with 3 incredible children and their spouses, 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
